The RBC Apprentice Programme is designed for recent graduates of professional ballet training institutions who are interested in pursuing a career with The National Ballet of Canada. Apprentices are typically between the ages of 17 and 21.
Compensation for apprentices is established under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between The National Ballet of Canada and the Canadian Actors’ Equity Association National Ballet of Canada Agreement (NBCA)
Applications will be reviewed upon receipt. Applicants will be contacted if they are selected for an audition.
The National Ballet of Canada does not use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants.
