The class is based on progression ,building strength and confidence while focussing on correct alignment and turn-out. The dancer will feel the results of lengthened muscles and stronger turnout resulting in immediate improved balance and control. The pace is dynamic, rigorous and strength building while still being fun and the beauty of it ,is that’s its appropriate for any level trying to improve and work safely at the same time. All guests are permitted to sign in no more than 30 minutes before their Adult Dance Class or studio booking.
