Following the traditional structure of a classical ballet technique class, Richard incorporates a focus on breath, playful transference of weight, an exaggerated use of line as well as a holistic and individual experience of the body.
The centre practice will continue with these principles and culminate in a choreographic phrase which will develop week by week. Richard will guide the class to make personal choices as you develop together, giving you an agency over your own practice. This is a fun and energetic class delivered with kindness.
