M Dance Academy operates in the Woodford area of East London, holding classes at Woodford County High School. The academy was founded by a qualified professional choreographer with over 20 years of dance experience and more than 10 years working with children. Classes are held in a dance studio on the second floor of the school’s Sport Hall building.
The academy offers dance education for both children and adults across multiple styles, including ballet, contemporary, street, commercial, hip-hop, ballroom, and traditional dance. Every class incorporates stretching and flexibility work. Current programmes include Core Dance Group for children and teens, which combines technique, creativity, and performance in a mixed-age format, and Mini Movers Group for young children, focusing on coordination, balance, and confidence through music and movement. A Ladies Dance Class for women is planned, requiring no previous experience. Private one-to-one lessons are also available, tailored to individual goals and dance styles.
